I am sad to see that TAR is so approving of Short Term Rentals but has not spoken out about the lack of equality Cities uses to permit others, such Boarding Homes and others with disabilities, out of existence. Kerrville is a great example, claiming City Ord. 2013-06 is to help protect, when in fact Kerrville has taken out the qualifying part of the State statute, Health and Safety code 260.001 (2)(b), so now Kerrville claims that any four un-related people home, when the Fed government clearly shows that those with a disability should be treated equally.
