I have to say that I was without a doubt one of the biggest fans of DS until recently. They used to always be ready, willing and able to assist with and “issues”, but my last experience with them caused me to cancel my longtime subscription The customer service was absolutely abysmal…….nothing like I have experienced before with them. Very sad.
